UFC 284 is a Pay-Per-View card taking place at the RAC Arena in Perth Australia, and featuring a fight we’ve been thinking about since it was first announced. Current featherweight champion, Alexander “The Great” Volkanovski, will chase legendary champ-champ status by moving up a weight class to challenge Islam Makhachev for his lightweight title. The winner of this fight will likely be named the best pound for pound MMA fighter on the planet. Lots at stake. The co-main event will be a featherweight interim championship fight between 2nd ranked Yair Rodriguez and 5th ranked Josh Emmett. The rest of the card will feature many of the best MMA fighters from Australia and New Zealand, including Jack Della Maddalena, Jimmy Crute, Justin Tafa and Jamie Mullarkey. Gonna be a good one!
